Zeste and TVA are delighted to welcome Marilou to their stations next fall, as host of a new cooking show called Trois fois par jour et vous. Produced by Toast in collaboration with Quebecor Content, the show will offer simple, accessible, practical and savoury recipes for everyday life.
The series will air in 10 weekly half-hour episodes on TVA and on Zeste, where the station’s subscribers will have access to not one, not two, but three episodes a week!
Putting Audiences at the Heart of the Concept
If you consider yourself “culinarily challenged”, have no fear: Marilou and her team are coming to the rescue with recipes that will make you feel right at home in the kitchen. The audience will serve as the show’s main inspiration, and special care will be taken to answer many questions that can arise when preparing a meal. Each episode is built around one simple objective: demonstrating how easy it is to make every day a real treat, without complicating your life. Guests will also pop up in Marilou’s kitchen to chat, cook and share their common passion for food.
Based on 30 themes touching on a wide variety of culinary topics, this appetizing original production focuses on reassuring, guilt-free pleasures. For Marilou, this is a continuation of her ongoing mission to offer comforting solutions that help people transform their relationship to food.
Marilou needs no introduction to Quebec audiences, who have watched her promote the balance, simplicity and pleasure of healthy eating since 2014. She plans to tackle this new hosting job in the same manner as Trois fois par jour, i.e. with humour, light-heartedness and a particular attention to esthetic detail, while once again demonstrating that absolutely anyone can cook.
