It will take:<\/p><ul><li>At least <strong>29 years<\/strong> for management teams in the West to achieve <strong>gender equality<\/strong>, and at least <strong>24 years<\/strong> to achieve <strong>ethnic diversity equality<\/strong>;<\/li><li><strong>151 years<\/strong> to make up for the economic disparity between genders worldwide!<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4b0db406 elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget
